Twilio Inc. is seeking a Counsel, Commercial to partner with the enterprise sales team in the APJ region and manage the life-cycle of complex enterprise deals.

You will review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, balancing legal risk with business needs. The role requires a qualified NSW- board lawyer with 5+ years in commercial transactions, including 3+ years negotiating technology contracts, and experience supporting a large sales organization.
