Experienced Burger & Fried Chicken Cook v ^ (1 Year Required)
We are looking for an experienced Smash Burger Cook to join our rapid-paced kitchen team in Leppington. Previous hands-on experience preparing and cooking smash burgers in a commercial kitchen is essential. Experience with fried chicken is highly preferred but not required.
Key responsibilities
Preparing, smashing and cooking beef patties consistently
Assembling burgers correctly
Preparing and cooking fried chicken
Following recipes, portion sizes and cooking times
Completing food preparation before service
Keeping the kitchen and workstations clean and organised
Working quickly and accurately during busy periods
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
About you
Previous smash burger experience is essential
Fried chicken experience is highly preferred
Experience working in a busy takeaway or rapid-food restaurant
Reliable, clean, organised and able to work as part of a team
Available for evening and weekend shifts
