Sydney | Hybrid (2 days in office)

We are working with a leading eCommerce agency to find a Senior/Lead Developer to join their growing team.

We are looking for someone with strong Shopify and BigCommerce experience, solid development skills, and a genuine interest in AI and how it can improve modern development and eCommerce solutions.

What you’ll be doing

- Be the technical go-to for Shopify, BigCommerce and their wider eCommerce ecosystems.
- Build and maintain high-quality, scalable code using modern frameworks and development practices.
- Use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude and GitHub Copilot to improve development speed and quality.
- Lead key technical projects, work closely with clients, and identify opportunities to improve eCommerce performance through technology and AI.

What they’re looking for

- Strong Shopify and BigCommerce experience, including store builds, integrations and migrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to assess AI-generated code for quality,



security and maintainability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Work across a range of exciting eCommerce projects.
- Play a key role in adopting AI across development and client solutions.
- Join a collaborative team with opportunities for growth opportunities.
- Hybrid working, with at least two days per week in the Sydney office.
