Our Client is looking for a self-motivated Sales Representative to join their team on the road, selling a diverse product range across the country. This is a permanent position offering a $1,500 weekly retainer plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning an uncapped salary with an annual salary of over $150,000 expected. You'll have access to leads generated through the company's substantial $10 million annual advertising investment, giving you a genuine platform to build your sales success.

- Sell five complementary product lines: blinds, shutters, awnings, patios, and artificial grass
- $1,500 weekly retainer plus commission, with earning potential of $150,000 to $220,000 per year currently being achieved
- Pre-qualified leads provided through a national advertising program, so you can focus on closing deals

Preferred Requirements

- Proven track record in field sales or outdoor living products, with a demonstrated ability to close deals
- Self-starter mentality with the drive to identify and pursue sales opportunities independently
- Solid communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable working with residential customers
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel across your territory regularly
- Ability to manage your own schedule, track leads, and maintain accurate sales records

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in outdoor living, home improvement, or related retail sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
- Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
