You will own incident, problem, and change management, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure service levels are sustained in a fast-paced workplace.
You will lead offshore resources, implement monitoring and governance, and drive continuous improvement across integration workflows and MFT processes. A strong ITIL background is preferred.
