Power Recruitment and Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking a Contract Site Manager for a luxury townhouse development at the Gold Coast. You will oversee site operations from early groundworks through to handover, coordinating trades, logistics, and approvals on a coastal site.

The ideal candidate will have current QBCC Site Supervisor licence, experience with townhouse/multi-res or high-end residential builds, and a sharp eye for architectural detail and quality.
