We’re partnering with a global connectivity and infrastructure solutions business to recruit a Senior Systems Engineer supporting major data centre projects across the region. This is a customer-facing technical role combining solution design, pre-sales engineering and hands‑on support, with the chance to influence technical decisions on significant data centre opportunities.

The Role

- Develop and review high-level designs for structured cabling and data centre infrastructure solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, product demonstrations and proof-of-concept testing.
- Support customers, channel partners and system integrators with solution selection and technical challenges.
- Deliver technical presentations, training and workshops.
- Provide post-sales guidance across installation, implementation, testing and commissioning.
- Contribute technical expertise to tenders and strategic sales opportunities.

About You

- 8+ years’ experience in structured cabling system design.
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, copper and fibre solutions,



and industry standards.
- Understanding of data centre architecture, including MDA, HDA, EDA and related functional areas.
- Relevant technical qualification in telecommunications, electrical, electronics or computer engineering.
- BICSI certifications (RCDD, DCDC, OSP or FTTH) highly regarded.
- Experience with technical drawings using Visio or CAD, and copper/fibre testing equipment.
- Confident communicating with customers, delivering presentations and influencing technical decisions.
- Strong problem‑solving and project management skills.
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
