JK Formwork is looking for an experienced
Project Manager or Project Engineer
to join our growing civil construction team in Brisbane.

We specialise in
civil formwork and concrete construction
, working across a range of infrastructure and civil projects throughout South East Queensland.

The Role n
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands civil construction and is comfortable managing projects from planning through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing and coordinating civil construction projects
n
Programming and planning works
n
Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements
n
Procurement of materials and subcontractors
n
Liaising with clients, engineers, supervisors and site crews
n
Preparing and managing variations
n
Tracking project costs, quantities and progress
n
Assisting with estimating and tendering
n
Managing project documentation and QA requirements
n
Monitoring safety, quality and programme requirements
n
Attending site and client meetings
n
Helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
n




What We're Looking For n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Experience as a
Project Manager, Project Engineer or Site Engineer
within civil construction
n
Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualifications preferred
n
Solid understanding of civil drawings and specifications
n
Experience with concrete and/or formwork highly regarded
n
Good commercial awareness and ability to manage project costs
n
Robust communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to work independently and make decisions
n
Australian construction experience preferred
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
Full Australian working rights
n
n
Experience working with
civil contractors, councils, TMR or major infrastructure contractors
would be highly regarded.
