ARZ Foodservice, based in Melbourne, seeks an experienced production supervisor for meat processing. You will lead team activities, ensure beef cuts, portioning and packing meet specifications and drive QC across the line.
You will collaborate with management to improve yields, costs and safety, while developing SOPs and training staff in HACCP and quality controls. This role is hands-on and team-oriented.
