Deepcore Drilling Pty is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Bendigo/Epsom head office on a Monday to Friday schedule. This role supports the People & Culture Manager and site leadership, coordinating onboarding, inductions and employee lifecycle processes across our drilling teams.
You will liaise with multiple departments, Assist with rosters, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions while helping manage expenses for travel and accommodation.
