Xero seeks a Senior Data & AI Governance Specialist to shape how we manage data as a strategic asset and govern AI responsibly. You will enable teams to experiment safely, balancing policy with practical guidance across the business.

You will partner with Product, Privacy, Security and Regulatory to evolve governance frameworks and deliver literacy programmes that uplift data and AI capability while aligning with Responsible Data Use commitments.
