As Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll influence decisions at senior level, challenge thinking and drive improvements in how Carlisle leads and develops its people.

The role

You’ll work alongside executive leaders and managers to:

- Provide clear advice on employee relations, performance and the employee lifecycle.
- Build managers confidence to lead, develop and support their teams.
- Guide organisational change, assessing people risks and recommending practical actions.
- Lead performance and development cycles, salary and bonus reviews, and engagement surveys.
- Use people data and employee feedback to identify priorities and measure progress.
- Contribute to leadership development, learning, wellbeing, recruitment and broader people initiatives.

What you’ll bring

- Proven HR business partnering experience across varied teams and stakeholder groups.
- Confidence advising senior leaders and constructively challenging decisions.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and a sound understanding of employment legislation.
- Experience supporting organisational change and developing leadership capability.




- The ability to assess issues, explain options and recommend a clear course of action.
- Explicit communication, sound judgement and consistent follow through.
- A relevant HR or business qualification. Change management certification is valued.
