Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, user accounts and access issues.
Manage laptop configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Your Experience
Experience in IT Support, Systems Administration or IT Systems Engineering.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, hardware, software and business applications.
Experience with user administration, cloud platforms and IT security.
Ability to manage vendors and external service providers.
Exposure to system upgrades, implementations or data migrations.
Robust communication skills and the ability to support non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership and recommend improvements.
