Solicitor - Banking & Finance (2 - 3 years PAE) n
We are a banking and finance law firm that acts across all States and Territories providing proactive legal advice within our core practice areas of mortgage lending and enforcement. The team prides itself on a detail-oriented, client-focused approach within a fast-paced and skilled environment.

Our offices are close to both Auchenflower and Milton train stations and within walking distance of the Park Rd precinct.
About the Role n
We are seeking a Solicitor with banking and finance experience (2–3 years PAE) to join our busy Milton practice.
n
This role involves working closely with experienced practitioners and paralegals, primarily handling mortgage-related transactions through PEXA, including signing and certifying mortgage and discharge instruments.
n
You will also support a wider range of banking, finance, and commercial matters, with increasing responsibility and autonomy as you develop in the role.
Key Areas of Work n
Obtaining and reviewing searches of all persons, properties and corporations involved in commercial loan transactions.
n
Drafting all relevant security documents including mortgages, loan agreements, guarantees,



charges and caveats.
n
Liaising internally and with clients and external solicitors prior to and after the issuing of security documentation.
n
Ensuring all security documents have been correctly executed prior to certification and funding.

About You n
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

2–3 years PAE as a Solicitor.
n
High attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Ability to work efficiently and proactively in a fast-paced, transactional environment.

Strong organisational and time management skills
