Talent Quarter in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead a high-performing allied health team within an NDIS therapy context. You will combine clinical leadership with robust operational influence to drive timely, outcomes-focused care.
Reporting to Directors, you'll supervise Team Leaders and Clinicians, shape staff development, manage recruitment, performance reviews, and compliance. AHPRA registration and 5+ years in leadership are required.
