JMC Academy is undergoing a major data and technology transformation, migrating our CRM to HubSpot, building a Microsoft Fabric data lake, and embedding AI-driven decision making. We seek a Data & Performance Analyst to turn infrastructure into intelligence across marketing, sales, admissions and alumni engagement.
You will manage data pipelines, maintain CRM data quality, build Power BI dashboards, and drive digital analytics and AI-enabled decision support across the Customer function.
