A quick-growing enterprise software company delivering complex transformation programmes for major organisations globally. Its cloud platform and consulting services help customers improve data quality, operational efficiency and digital outcomes.
The chance
With services revenue scaling quickly, the business is appointing a Head of Delivery Services to lead a substantial, multi-region delivery function.
Reporting into the executive team, you'll own delivery performance and services P&L;, and shape the strategy and capability needed for the next stage of growth.
What you'll do
Lead and scale a distributed team of project managers, consultants and delivery leaders across several regions
Own services revenue, forecasting, utilisation, margin and capacity planning
Oversee complex enterprise technology programmes and managed services engagements, including governance, risk and escalations
Build best-practice delivery methodology, reporting and operating metrics
Partner with sales,



customer success, product and engineering to drive customer outcomes and growth
Be the senior point of contact for enterprise customers on strategic programmes and critical issues.
What you'll bring
Senior delivery leadership in enterprise software, SaaS, consulting or systems integration
A track record delivering large-scale enterprise programmes, ideally across ERP, systems integration and data migration
Proven P&L; ownership and robust commercial judgement
Experience leading distributed teams, including offshore delivery models
Credibility with executive and board-level stakeholders
A hands-on style and genuine commitment to developing people.
