InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a Duty Manager to join our luxury, internationally minded team. You will report to the Reception Manager and oversee guest service and hotel operations to ensure prompt, personalized attention across the property.
You will respond to guest needs, resolve issues, supervise colleagues, run daily briefings, and contribute to ongoing team development while maintaining high service standards in a 240-room luxury setting.
