ElevenLabs is a global AI audio tech company seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin). You will support enterprise and B2B customers, handling API usage and the ElevenAgents platform that orchestrates LLMs, telephony, and AI integrations.
You'll diagnose complex issues, communicate clearly in English and Mandarin, and help drive product improvements by surfacing patterns to engineering. This is a remote, contract role with a rapid-moving, international team.
