BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Care Team Manager to lead clinical care operations at Bethshan Gardens Centre in Wyee. You will guide a team of nurses and care staff to deliver protected, high‐quality, person‐centred care daily.
This fixed-term 12‐month role offers Monday–Friday hours, opportunities for extension, and a pathway to acting Residential Manager. Accommodation may be arranged, with market-market-competitive salary packaging and study support.
