Catholic Healthcare Limited's St Paul's Northbridge is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical care to residents at our Northbridge aged care home. Reporting to the Care Manager, you'll uphold person-centred care and work within a values-driven, not-for-profit setting.
You will lead and coach the personal care team, ensuring safety and compliance with Aged Care Standards, AN-ACC processes, and organisational policies.
