Macallan College is seeking a qualified Training Manager to lead the campus academic team at our Brisbane location. The role focuses on training and assessment practices within a national framework, ensuring high-quality student experiences and compliant operations.
You will recruit and mentor trainers, coordinate timetables and resources, monitor delivery and assessment quality, and drive continuous improvement in line with the Standards for RTOs and ESOS/National Code requirements.
