About the role:

We are seeking a reliable Camp Chef (Utility) to join a small team servicing regional campsites. This role is hands-on and diverse, involving meal preparation, cleaning, general camp support, and providing day-to-day guidance to other general hands. This role would be suitable for a CDP or Commis Chef.

What you'll do:

Prepare and cook meals in line with approved menus and dietary requirement

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
n
Assist with cleaning, food service, and general camp duties as required

Provide leadership and support to general hands
