RACV is seeking a digitally minded Omni Services Team Lead to guide real-time digital support across live chat, messaging, social media and email. You will shape RACV's omnichannel strategy, lift digital capability and define what excellent service looks like in an AI-enabled workplace.

Reporting to the Head of Member Experience, this hands-on leadership role requires coaching a high-performing team and delivering rapid, human service across RACV's digital channels.
