OmniMind is a well-established psychiatric practice seeking a reliable Medical Administration Officer to join our busy clinic full time. You will support patients and clinicians, schedule appointments, handle referrals and billing, and maintain accurate records.
Ideal candidates bring healthcare admin experience, solid communication, and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment. Familiarity with Medicare billing and Gentu is desirable.
