Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas is hiring a part time Reservations & Rooms Control Agent to join our Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on guest service, reservations handling, and room control coordination at our iconic resort in Port Douglas.
Successful candidates will have a high school certificate, excellent English and presentation skills, and the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster. HACCP knowledge and some prior experience are preferred.
