EXPERIENCED BARTENDER / FOH ALL-ROUNDER – CARNEGIEHey guys!I'm Thomas, Bar Manager at TYGA Restaurant, a Southeast Asian restaurant in Carnegie.With summer coming up, we're looking for an experienced bartender to join our team on a casual basis.The role would initially be around 2 regular bar shifts per week, with the prospect to pick up additional FOH shifts as well depending on your availability and business needs — potentially making this a much more regular weekly role.We're looking for someone who is confident behind the bar but also comfortable jumping onto the floor when needed.What we're looking for: Previous cocktail bartending experience required Confident working independently behind the bar Comfortable following cocktail specs and doing basic batching/prep Reliable,
organised and clean Comfortable during busy services Some restaurant / floor experience Weekend availability Victorian RSA* Valid Australian working rights We have a solid cocktail-focused beverage program, and I'm mainly looking for someone dependable who can become a regular part of the team through summer and beyond.
