OmniMind is a well-established psychiatric practice seeking a reliable Medical Administration Officer to join our busy clinic full-time. You will support patients and clinicians, schedule appointments, handle referrals and billing, and maintain accurate records.
Ideal candidates bring healthcare admin experience, solid communication, and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced workplace. Familiarity with Medicare billing and Gentu is desirable.
