ability to direct and manage workflow of teams

ability to resolve conflict in an appropriate manor

excellent literacy skills
n
experience in either screening and crushing/ soil production/ civil construction or transport and logistics
n
trustworthy with the ability to work with company goals and targets
n
mechanical/ mild parts knowledge
n
a clean driving record
n
ability to understand directions and carry out projects as required
n
ability to work within OHS guidelines
n
NHVR rules, regulations and guideline knowledge
n
machinery tickets
n
heavy vehicle driver's license
n
bulk production and extraction experience
n
