IP Australia is seeking Trade Mark Examiners to assess trade mark applications under the Trade Marks Act . Full training is provided, and no prior experience in IP or law is required.

Examiners conduct research using online resources, analyse and interpret information, and apply legal tests to determine registrability. They liaise with businesses, IP specialists and the public throughout the process.
