Brennan is seeking a dynamic Managed Services Consultant L1 in Melbourne to provide onsite and remote 1st-line support to Managed Services clients.
The role requires in office presence of at least 85% and a broad skill set across IT infrastructure and ITIL processes.
You will work with service delivery teams to resolve issues, manage client settings, and ensure excellent customer service with robust communication and problem-solving abilities.
