Job Description
Myndshift Group is recruiting a Technical Services Superintendent for an established open cut coal operation in Central West NSW.
You will lead mine planning, surveying, coal quality, logistics, drill and blast, andgeology/geotechnicalteams, ensuring secure, productive and commercially sustainable extraction.
You will stay hands-on with upstream technical work while developing a growing team and maintaining solid regulatory compliance.
