Rocky Bay is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage a high-volume debtor ledger, perform invoicing and collections, and reconcile payments. The role supports month-end processes and works within a hybrid setup at our Booragoon site.

You will liaise with customers, families and internal teams to resolve billing issues, ensuring accurate records and timely remittances. Prior use of Pronto and ERP familiarity is practical.
