Merrigong Theatre Company – Wollongong NSW is seeking a personable hospitality professional to lead our Food and Beverage service at IPAC and the Wollongong Town Hall.
You should have cafe/bar experience, barista training, RSA, and food handling certification, plus team leadership skills to oversee daily operations in a rapid-paced, creative workplace.
Evening and weekend shifts may be required.
