Job Description
Open Pantry Co. in Torquay, VIC, is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead a small, busy kitchen at a coastal brewery venue.
You will run the pass, deliver the group-designed menu with consistency, manage rostering and food safety, and develop your brigade while reporting to the Venue Manager.
The role offers a competitive base salary ($85,000–$90,000) and full time hours, with recipes and supply chain support handled at group level.
