Job Description
Talent is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide in office IT support and keep users' equipment running smoothly in Canberra.
You will troubleshoot desktop hardware, software and peripherals, install and configure computers and applications, and carry out maintenance and updates while keeping transparent records of issues and resolutions.
You must have hands-on desktop support experience, robust communication, and enjoy solving problems.
An active PV clearance is essential for this role.
