Brandbank Group is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to join our property team in Melbourne.
You will support the management of the property portfolio, handle renewals and terminations, review lease documentation, and assist negotiations with the General Manager - Property.
The role requires 5+ years in lease administration or related property experience, solid knowledge of the Australian Retail Leases Act, and advanced Excel abilities.
In office, 5 days a week at our St Kilda Road offices.
