You will act as 2IC to the Store Manager, lead by example, coach the team, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service in a quick-paced fashion setting.
You will manage stock, visual merchandising, rosters, and health and safety, while training staff and attracting talent to grow into leadership roles.
