Job Description
Built is seeking a Senior People & Culture Manager for its Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Neerabup, WA.
You will be the senior people partner translating business plans into workforce, ER, capability, engagement and organisational initiatives across factory, project and corporate teams.
You will partner with leadership to mobilise, commission and operate a protected, high-performing workforce, providing timely, compliant advice and leading people initiatives aligned with AMF strategy.
