Job Description
YMCA Victoria is hiring casual Lifeguards to maintain a safe swimming workplace across Victoria's pools.
You will supervise aquatic spaces, observe patrons, enforce rules, and intervene when needed to protect people, facilities and equipment.
The role emphasises decision-making under pressure, strong customer service, and a commitment to safety for all users, including children and families, with versatile rostering and growth opportunities opportunities.
