Job Description
West Moreton Health invites applications for a Temporary Part time Nursing role within the Preventative Integrated Care Service (PICS).
The position focuses on delivering advanced nursing care for people with chronic conditions, with multidisciplinary input to prevent hospital presentations.
16 hours per fortnight, up to 12 months, Australia-based.
