Job Description
Care Connect is seeking a Senior Care Manager to lead a team of Care Managers within our not-for-profit home care organization.
You will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and practice guidance to ensure protected, high-quality, person-centred care that supports independence and wellbeing.
You will translate aged care reform, organisational priorities and quality standards into consistent practice, strengthening governance and service excellence across the team.
