The Company is seeking a Head of Merchant Pricing and Commercial Risk to play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic vision. This senior leadership position is focused on the core aspects of transaction banking, with a specific emphasis on merchant payments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business in merchant pricing, setting risk parameters for the merchant business, and managing relationships with payment schemes to ensure optimal risk and reward trade-offs.

The role demands a deep understanding of merchant acquiring, payments, and financial services, as well as proven experience in pricing strategy, commercial management, and risk management across the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities for the Head of Merchant Pricing and Commercial Risk include managing the merchant pricing strategy,
