Job Description
Yarra Trams is seeking a Human Factors Lead to establish and embed a cross‐organisational capability in Melbourne.
You'll influence fatigue risk management, safety culture, and design decisions to boost safety and usability across operations.
Reporting to the Director of Safety & Security, you'll coach teams, engage stakeholders at all levels, and guide change and resilience across the organisation.
A hands‐on leader with solid HF expertise is sought.
