About the Role:
This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) is perfect for a motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties while receiving strong support from our experienced team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mature and confident in managing a wide range of clients
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone
- Highly detail-oriented, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- A strong communicator,
both verbally and in writing
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- In possession of a current driver’s license and a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Routine inspections/Exits and Entries
- Handle rent reviews, increases, and lease renewals
- Maximum of 150 properties to manage
