Veterinary Referral Hospital Dandenong is seeking a Client Services Representative for maternity cover. This role is part-time (28hrs/week) and will involve first-line contact with clients, both in person and by phone, in a busy veterinary environment.
You’ll triage emergencies, manage appointments and client communications, and support the veterinary team. The ideal candidate has customer-service experience and remains skilled under pressure.
