Access Aged Care in Hobart seeks a highly capable Nurse Practitioner to join our aged care team for one day per week. You will practise to full scope with autonomy, collaborating with in office nurses, GPs and telehealth geriatricians to deliver proactive, resident-centred care.

Working within residential aged care homes across Hobart, you will assess, diagnose, prescribe, treat and care plan for residents, supported by dedicated nurse and administrative teams to minimise paperwork and maximise
