BDAC is seeking a Program Manager to lead two teams delivering child safety and cultural support services for Aboriginal families. The role focuses on governance, program delivery and collaboration with external stakeholders.

The position requires solid leadership, budget oversight and knowledge of CYFA 2005. Travel and after-hours work may be required, with a commitment to culturally safe practice.
