Flourish Australia is seeking Peer Workers to support people in Tamworth with their mental health journeys. You will use lived experience to build respectful, hopeful relations and help clients pursue recovery goals within a community setting.

The role requires a Certificate IV or higher (or 2+ years in human services), a valid driver’s licence, and a commitment to Flourish Australia’s values. Rosters are 24/7 across a part time schedule in Tamworth.
