Australia WTH Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Leader to drive performance across Australia from our Mascot, NSW location. You will own the P&L;, lead operations, fleet distribution, maintenance and ESG compliance, and set short- and long-term strategy to lift EBITDA.
You will manage revenue growth, forecast the fleet, and build a robust leadership pipeline across a multi-site organization in a global context. Extensive senior stakeholder engagement is required.
